Processing Time

Processing time differs from product to product. Some in-stock items can be shipped out within 24 hours, while advanced custom orders may take 3-4 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

Important: It’s worth mentioning that on occasion, transactions may take additional time to be received by our bank, leading to extended processing periods. Transactions may require up to 24-48 hours to be processed into our bank account. Shipping will commence once we have confirmation that the funds have been successfully deposited.

Shipping Locations

Most items are shipped directly from our warehouse However, if a product is out of stock at the time of your order or is a made-to-order item, Please note that this does not qualify as a reason for a refund.

Shipping and Processing Delays

Please note that all timelines provided are estimates only. For standard orders, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched. For custom or made-to-order items, manufacturing usually requires 3–6 weeks. However, delays may occur due to material availability, design changes, manufacturing complexities, carrier issues, customs, holidays, or global disruptions. These circumstances are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Customs Duties & Tariff Policy

Kindly note that the price of our products does not include customs duties.

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises, and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise.

Such fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery.

Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by IceCartel.com.

In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees and return fees assessed.

Importantly, if you refuse to pay the required customs fees, your package may be destroyed or abandoned by your local customs office, and in such cases Staunchthejeweller cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Shipping Protection Upgrade

Customers may add Shipping Protection at checkout for $8.00. This optional upgrade provides additional coverage for rare cases where a package is officially lost in transit.

What It Covers:

  • Packages that are declared lost by the carrier (UPS/FedEx DHL) after their investigation
  • Packages that never show any delivery scan and are confirmed by the carrier as undelivered
  • Priority customer support, ensuring your case is handled first

What It Does NOT Cover:

  • Stolen packages or packages marked as “delivered”
  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • Delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or global disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Manufacturing or processing delays
  • Refund requests based on shipping speed or estimates

How Claims Work:

A claim can be submitted after the carrier completes their investigation or after 10 business days / 20 business days (International) with no delivery scan. Once confirmed lost, Staunchthejeweller will issue a replacement or store credit, excluding the Shipping Protection fee.

Can I edit or change my order after purchasing?

We are unable to cancel or edit an order after it’s been placed, as they are sent to manufacturing within minutes of being placed. We can’t make adjustments to any items that are already in manufacturing.
